Amazon Prime Day, which is set for July 11-12, is a great time to save big. But what if we told you there was a way to get free money to spend during this year’s Prime Day?
If you’re planning to spend at least $50 on products sold by Amazon on Prime Day, you can get a $5 credit just by purchasing at least $50 in gift cards in advance. You can purchase separate gift cards (two $25 gift cards, for example), but you have pay for them in a single order to get the $5.
You have to be a current Prime member to take advantage of this offer—but you also have to be a member to take advantage of Prime Day, so that shouldn’t be too much of an obstacle. Amazon offers a free 30-day trial for new Prime members to get you started.
This deal runs through July 10 at 11:59 p.m. PT, "or when supplies have been exhausted," Amazon says. The credit itself must also be used by Aug. 25, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
If Prime Day is anything like last year's, Amazon will have even more gift card offers closer to the date, so check back here for updates.
